BBetPawa (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the platform") is an online betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between BBetPawa and its users ("you", "user", or "member").

If false information is provided at registration, BBetPawa reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any funds held. If suspicious activity is detected on your account, we may request additional verification.

BBetPawa follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process as part of its security and legal compliance obligations. Identity verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• Before your first withdrawal
• For withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 in a single transaction
• If suspicious activity is detected
• When updating account information

Accepted ID documents: National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate. A utility bill or bank statement is accepted for address verification. KYC documents are verified within 24–48 hours of submission.

BBetPawa accepts payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 BDT
• Deposits are processed instantly. In the event of network issues, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• No additional charges apply for deposits.

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 BDT
• Withdrawals may take 1–24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment method.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

The following rules apply when placing bets on BBetPawa:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash-out option is available.
• Any bet placed where the live score or result was already known before the match began will be considered void.
• BBetPawa reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with international betting rules.
• Minimum bet: ৳10; maximum bet varies by event.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment the bet is placed are final.

BBetPawa reserves the right to make the final decision on all betting outcomes. For disputed results, please contact our support team.

BBetPawa offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are outlined in the offer details.

General bonus terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you will generally need to meet a wagering requirement of 5–10 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses not used within the specified timeframe after being claimed will expire.
• The same person, device, or IP address cannot claim a bonus more than once.
• BBetPawa reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BBetPawa:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or any artificial means.
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other users or attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions using false information.

If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, BBetPawa reserves the right to close your account without notice and forfeit all funds. Authorities may be notified if necessary.

The following safeguards are available on our platform:

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion: You can temporarily or permanently close your own account at any time.

BBetPawa is not liable for the following:

• Missing betting opportunities due to loss of internet connection.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment provider issues.
• Disclosure of your account information due to your own negligence.
• Indirect or consequential losses.

BBetPawa is committed to maintaining a high standard of service, but cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted access. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

BBetPawa reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• At least 7 days' notice will be sent to the registered email address.
• A special notification will be displayed on the platform.
• The date and nature of any changes will be communicated clearly.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have taken effect means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
